Return Policy

Following are the points which explain the Brandsrope return policy in detail. Customers are requested to go through this policy before requesting returns. Brandsrope reserves the right to change/edit the return policy at any time.

Change of mind / No longer needed

Change of mind and no longer needed scenarios with purchases made at Brandsrope will not be entertained after the first two hours of the order being placed. Due to our quick order processing and shipment process, Brandsrope will not be able to cancel orders.

Broken/Damaged/Torn/Ripped Items Received

If a customer receives a damaged or a broken product. In that case, Brandsrope will require the customer to provide a picture or video proof while unboxing the item, evidence that validates their claim. Once the required proof is received, Brandsrope will look to settle the issue as per the nature of the request.

Wrong item(s) / Not as described Received

If a customer receives an item that is not what he/she has ordered or is not as described on the website, a return request could be initiated. For this purpose, they should mention the issue at hand through return request.

The item(s) the customer is looking to return must not be washed, used, worn, etc., and item(s) should be in their original packaging before being sent back to Brandsrope. Even after the returned item(s) are returned, Brandsrope holds the right to issue a complete or partial refund or cancel the request.

Exchange Policy

If the customer has ordered an item(s) and is not satisfied with the sizing or color of the product, the exchange can be possible provided the following points are met:

  • The new requested color/size for exchange is available in stock to replace the current shipped product.
  • The customer will pay the shipping charges to exchange the order.
  • The item(s) the customer wants to exchange shall not be worn, used, or washed.

Refunds Policy

Below are the points that need


Refunds will be issued based on the following types of requests:

  • Broken/Damaged/Torn/Ripped Items Received
  • Wrong item(s) Received
  • Not as described item(s) Received

For each reason mentioned above, refunds will be issued after a careful inspection of the item received back with the support of Brandsrope. For the refunds, the customer needs to initiate a return request, mentioning the reason for the return. Once a request is received and approved, customer can have their refund money available in the My Wallet section of My Account within 48-72 hours.

Brandsrope does not offer a “cash refund”.

Rejection of Return Request

In case, Brandsrope rejects the return request; the customer will not be entitled to receive any refund. Though, the customer will be informed accordingly and will be worked with to satisfy their request.

Acceptance of Return Request

Once Brandsrope accepts the return request, the refund amount will be available in the My Wallet section of my account within 48-72 hours. The refund amount can vary from order to order, and some return requests might have a partial payment as a refund, depending on the return's request nature and approval.

My Wallet:

Brandsrope offers every customer an option of My Wallet in the My Account section, where the refund payment will be available against every approved return request. Customers can use the available balance in My Wallet for future purchasing with Brandsrope. A detailed history of both cleared and pending return requests is available in my wallet to view for customers.
